Fire Safety Advisor

 

 

In QLD, if your business premises's are classified as a high occupancy building, you will require a Fire Safety Advisor (FSA) to be appointed. QSCS can provide you with a licenced FSA that will provide you with all aspects required to manage your fire risk. This service will normally include,

​

• Fire safety audit

• Development or review of your Fire & Emergency Plan

• Review of your Emergency Control Organisation and relevant role positions.

• Facilitation of an emergency evacuation drill to ensure warden understanding

• After exercise report with any relevant recommendations

• We can act as a client liaison for any QFES inspections.

• Attendance at a yearly Emergency Planning Committee (EPC) meeting

 

QSCS can also offer formal emergency evacuation training that will provide you with the necessary warden requirements for your emergency control organisation (ECO)
